We offer children’s birthday parties in our fully equipped facility.

All parties are ran by our team of friendly & qualified coaches who’s main aim is to provide a fun, engaging and productive party for all guests!

Children will be able to use our floor, bars, beam, vault and tumble track during the party with a qualified coach.

All parties includes gymnastics and games.

Gold - £450

  • 24 children (£15 per child thereafter)

Party Add Ons

  • Hire the hall for after your party for food provided by you, we will set up tables & chairs on the stage. 30 minutes for food & 15 minutes to pack away £40.00

  • Sweet Cones for all children £2.00

  • Medals for all children £2.50

  • Gymnastics trophy for birthday boy/girl £10.00

  • Matching leotards/t-shirts for all children £25.00 leotards & £12.00 t-shirts

  • External guests e.g face painters, ice cream van, balloons can be available upon requests - please let us know if you would like anything else.

Terms & Conditions

  • £100 nonrefundable deposit is required once the booking has been made.

  • Ages 4 +

  • The coaches will supervise the party and ensure that all children are safe at all times, however after the gymnastics, children must remain on the stage and are not allowed to use the apparatus. 

  • Suitable clothing must be worn and shoes are not allowed inside the gymnasium. 

  • Non Member of Just Gymnastics - Additional £50 for Insurance

  • Full payment for the party must be received up to 7 days before the party.

  • The hall is available for hire after the party for food - £40 30 minutes & 15 minutes to pack away. 

  • Food provided by you and rubbish must be taken home.

  • Party guest numbers need to be confirmed 2 weeks before.

  • Any external guests e.g ice cream van, candy floss machine need to be agreed with head coach - Millie.

  • If children have any medical or special needs which may affect their ability to join in with any of the session please let us know - we will try our best to cater for this if we know prior to the party.
